  • 225 grams Milk

  • 10 grams Vegetable oil

  • 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 10 grams Baking powder

    Rather than specifying the size of the egg, I added it to the net weight of the milk.

    Warm up your frying pan, and while you wait, prepare a dampened towel.

    In a bowl, break the egg and pour in milk until the combined weight is 225 g.
