Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 more c. flour (extra flour, if needed)
- 1 gal. size self-sealing Ziploc type plastic bag
Directions

1Put yeast, 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar and salt into the bag.

2Add margarine and warm water.

3Press most of the air out of the bag and seal.

4Press and squeeze the bag with hands until dough is mixed.

5Open bag and add last 1 1/2 cups flour.

6Seal the bag again and keep pressing until the flour is mixed into the dough. Add more flour if dough is sticky.

7Unzip the bag and let dough rest for 20 minutes.

8Grease loaf pan.

9Place dough in pan.

10Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

11(Dough should double in size.)

12Preheat oven to 375°.

13Bake bread for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove bread from pan to cool.
