- 175 ml Calpis Water
- 220 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 30 grams Rice Flour (or any type of flour)
- 18 grams Caster Sugar
- 2 1/2 grams Salt
- 5 grams Skim milk
- 18 grams Butter (unsalted or salted)
- 3 grams Instant Dry Yeast
Directions

1Pour the Calpis Water into the bread maker first.

2On top of the Calpis, pile in the bread flour and other flour like a mountain.

3Arrange the sugar, salt, skim milk, and butter around the mountain.

4Push down with your finger at the top of the mountain to create a crater-like hole.

5Fill in the hole with the yeast.
