  • 175 ml Calpis Water
  • 220 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 30 grams Rice Flour (or any type of flour)
  • 18 grams Caster Sugar
  • 2 1/2 grams Salt
  • 5 grams Skim milk
  • 18 grams Butter (unsalted or salted)
  • 3 grams Instant Dry Yeast

Directions

    Pour the Calpis Water into the bread maker first.

    On top of the Calpis, pile in the bread flour and other flour like a mountain.

    Arrange the sugar, salt, skim milk, and butter around the mountain.

    Push down with your finger at the top of the mountain to create a crater-like hole.

    Fill in the hole with the yeast.
