Ingredients
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 2/3 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions

1Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water.

2Sprinkle sugar over yeast.

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Measure out salt, flour and salad oil.

5Beat yeast until dissolved, add oil, 1 cup flour and salt. Beat hard.

6Add remaining flour and stir to form a ball.

7Turn out on floured board.

8Knead 20 strokes.

9Let rest 5 minutes.

10Shape as desired.

11Let rise to twice its size in warm place, covered, bake at 375° until golden.

12Takes 1 hour from start to serving.
