  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over pudding.

    Place in oven (400°) or broiler long enough to just slightly brown the top. Sprinkle pudding with crushed almonds.
