  • 1 loaf bread
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple (crushed)
  • raisins (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • approximately 1/2 stick butter, chipped up

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into well sprayed baking pan (with Pam).

    Make sure baking pan is deep enough so pudding will not bubble over.

    Bake at 350° until lightly brown on top.
