- 9 slices white bread
- 1 (13 oz.) can Carnation milk
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Soak bread and coconut in sweet milk.

2Add evaporated milk. Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and beat until slightly thickened.

3Add vanilla and butter.

4Mix well; then stir in bread mixture.

5Stir well.

6Add raisins.

7Let set for 3 to 5 minutes; pour into dish.

8Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
