  • 1 c. raisins
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 slices bread, broken up
  • 1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine

    Grease pan with margarine.

    Soak raisins in water.

    Layer bread in pan.

    Heat milk and raisins.

    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
