- 3 oz (84 grm) butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) currants
- nutmeg
Directions

1Butter bread with butter.

2Place in baking dish.

3Beat eggs, add milk and sugar.

5Add currants, sprinkle with nutmeg.
