  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. raisins

Directions

    Scald milk with butter.

    Stir in all other ingredients, except the eggs.

    Mix well, then add eggs last, stirring gently.

    Pour into greased pan.

    Place pan in hot water and bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Serve about 1 ounce butter sauce with each serving.
