  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 c. dry bread cubes (half baked corn bread cubes)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. ground sage
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. water or chicken broth

    Saute onions and celery in butter.

    Mix in the rest of ingredients.

    Grease casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or stuff turkey or chicken.

    Add more chicken broth, if needed, while mixing.
