- 4 bags bread cubes
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 c. onions
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 7 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 2/3 c. margarine
- turkey giblets
Directions

1Boil turkey giblets in water.

2Put margarine, celery and onions and all seasonings in a large pan; simmer until celery and onions are tender.

3Add to bread cubes; remove meat from giblets and chop.

4Add to bread cubes and add broth until desired moistness.

5Dressing should be plenty moist.

6Stuff turkey or bake in baking dish about 1 hour.
