  • 2 large onions
  • 3 qt. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. water or giblet broth
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo

Directions

    Chop onions fine. Cook in butter or oleo until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Makes enough to stuff a 12 pound bird.
