- 3 qt. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. water or giblet broth
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Chop onions fine. Cook in butter or oleo until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.
