- 4 c. dry bread (cubed white toast and cornbread)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 stalks of chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- sage (to taste)
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- Hot broth or water
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in butter.

2Combine all ingredients, and add liquid to moisten.

3Toss gently to mix.

4Bake.

5Recipe is for a 4-5 lb. chicken.
