  • 7 medium onions, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 large can mushroom bits and pieces (include liquid)
  • giblets, cubed raw

Directions

    Mix well; stuff bird and bake.

    Or, cook neck and back and put the stock over dressing and bake dressing in casserole at 325°. This stuffing can be used to stuff whitefish.
