- 1 package Large Fresh Mushrooms (4 Ounce Package)
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- Salt And Pepper
- Vegetable Oil, For Frying
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and pat them dry.

2Set two plates on your work surface. Onto one plate add the flour. Onto the other plate add the bread crumbs. In a bowl add the 2 eggs, salt and pepper and then beat the eggs.

3Roll each mushroom in flour first, then in the eggs, then in the bread crumbs. Make sure to coat them completely. Set the coated mushrooms on a plate. Follow the three steps for all of the mushrooms.

4Once they are coated, add oil to a pan and turn to medium heat. Add the mushrooms when the oil is warm. Be sure to flip them around so they are cooked in all sides. When they begin to turn golden take them out and drain them on a paper towel. Enjoy!
