Breaded Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 egg with 2 Tbsp. water
  • bread crumbs placed on paper towel

Directions

    Beat egg with water.

    Dip 1 pork chop at a time in bread crumbs, then into egg and back into crumbs.

    Fry in hot Crisco until brown on both sides.

    Place in casserole; add enough hot water until you can just see the water.
  5. 5
    Place cover on top and bake in 350° oven about 1 hour or until chops are nice and soft.
