- 1 pound pork loin roast, boneless
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Slice pork into 1/4 inch slices. Tenderize with a meat mallet or hammer. This makes the meat thinner and wider in addition to tenderizing it. Dip each piece of meat in a beaten egg and then dredge it in bread crumbs.

2Saute it in a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
