Breaded Tenderloins

  • 1 pound pork loin roast, boneless
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Slice pork into 1/4 inch slices. Tenderize with a meat mallet or hammer. This makes the meat thinner and wider in addition to tenderizing it. Dip each piece of meat in a beaten egg and then dredge it in bread crumbs.

    Saute it in a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.

    Eat as a main entree or in a bun as a sandwich.
