- 8 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese (1/2 ounce each)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 7 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
