- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

2In large bowl, pour boiling warm water over Crisco and dissolve.

3Add sugar, salt, eggs, yeast and flour; mix well and let double in size.

4Knead. Divide dough into 2 parts.

5Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.

6Dip each biscuit in melted butter.

7Stick on end in Bundt pan.

8Let rise 2 to 3 hours.

9Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

10This makes 2 pans.

11Do not cut, just pull apart.
