- 1/2 pt. cream (half and half)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Can be arranged in a 9 x 13-inch pan the night before and baked in morning.

2Layer ingredients, ham first, then cheese and eggs on top.

3Cover with cream, letting yolks peak out.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

5Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with English muffins or toast.
