  • 12 Canadian bacon or ham slices
  • 12 Swiss cheese slices
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 pt. cream (half and half)
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Can be arranged in a 9 x 13-inch pan the night before and baked in morning.

    Layer ingredients, ham first, then cheese and eggs on top.

    Cover with cream, letting yolks peak out.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

    Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with English muffins or toast.
