Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 13 cup butter
- 1 cup of unsalted raw mixed nuts, chopped
- 12-1 cup of shaved unsweetened coconut (use to your taste but completely optional if you don't like coconut)
- 12 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 12 cup prune, chopped
- 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 360F.

2Grease or butter an 8x8 square tin pan.

3Heat honey and butter in a saucepan and stir until butter has melted and is well combined with honey.

4Turn off the heat and add mixture to all other ingredients.

5Mix all ingredient well and pour into the prepared pan.

6Bake for 30 minutes.

7Cool in refrigerator until set.

8( about 30-45 min,).

9Cut into bars and wrap each bar individually with wax/baking paper as they are sticky!

10Then store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.

11***Note that you will want to eat these straight from the fridge as warmer temperatures with soften the bar up too much.

12prep time doesn't include cooling and cutting the bars afterwards.
