- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- onion salt to taste
- dry mustard to taste
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 to 6 slices white bread, torn

1Prepare the night before:

2In 9 x 13-inch buttered pan, place 6 slices of torn bread; add skinless sausage, cooked and drained. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, Cheddar cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and dry mustard.

3Pour this mixture into pan over bread and sausage.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
