- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese (half moon), grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute sausage; drain.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch dish (use Pam if desired).

3Layer bread, sausage and cheese.

4Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over all.

5Cover and refrigerate. Can be completely assembled the night before.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
