- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion (optional)
Directions

1Crumble sausage and brown with onion.

2Drain on paper towels. Combine biscuit mix, water and soup until moistened.

3Add sausage. Using a heaping tablespoon, drop batter on lightly greased baking sheet 2-inches apart.

4Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown.

5Makes 3 dozen.
