  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. can crescent rolls
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls, pressing firmly to seal perforations.

    Sprinkle on sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.

    Heat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
