  • 2 c. (or two 4 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 lb. bulk sausage, fried and drained
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

    Place croutons on bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch pan or baking dish.
