- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- picante sauce and sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Combine hash brown potato mix and water; stir well.

2Let stand, covered, 15 minutes; drain.

3Wrap tortillas securely in aluminum foil; bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
