  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 measure oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. fresh fruit

Directions

    Add yogurt, oil, eggs and peel; beat well.

    Add sugar, flour and baking powder.

    Mix well.

    Stir in fruit.

    Spread in greased pan.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

    Top with powdered sugar, if desired.
