- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread, crusts trimmed
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cube bread.

2Brown sausage slightly.

3Drain, cool and crumble. Set aside.

4Beat eggs and add milk.

5Add remaining ingredients and sausage; pour into greased or buttered 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let set a few minutes before serving.

7Can be mixed in advance and kept in refrigerator and baked in the morning.

8Recipe can also be cut in half.
