- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 slices white bread, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage and drain; beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard to eggs while beating.

2Into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.

3Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
