- 9 eggs
- 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 12 slices bread in small pieces, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Brown sausage, drain and cool.

2Cook bacon, drain and cool. Beat eggs and milk together.

3Add bread, salt and mustard.

4Stir in sausage and cheese.

5Place in 9 x 13-inch pan, sides sprayed with Pam.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7One hour before serving, sprinkle paprika on top.

8Cook 1 hour at 350°.
