- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent rolls
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crumble sausage in skillet and brown; drain well.

2Line bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with crescent rolls (pinch perforations to seal).

3Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

4Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.

5Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Cut into squares and serve.
