Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (1/2 hot and 1/2 mild)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese (sharp)
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices bread, cubed 1/4-inch

Directions

    Brown sausage; crumble.

    Set aside to drain on paper towel. Shred cheese.

    Combine all ingredients, except sausage.

    Mix sausage in last.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Cover; refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
