- 2 c. cooked sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- 8 oz. cheese
Directions

1Place bread cubes in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Cook sausage, then place on top of bread evenly.

3Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.

4Pour this over bread and sausage evenly.

5Top with 8 ounces shredded cheese.

6Cover with foil.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
