Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. lean ground pork
  • 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons egg substitute
  • 6 (1 oz.) slices white bread, cubed

    Brown first 4 ingredients; combine milk and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add pork mixture and bread.

    Pour into sprayed 11 x 7 baking dish.

    Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until set and brown.
