- 3/4 lb. lean ground pork
- 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons egg substitute
- 6 (1 oz.) slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Brown first 4 ingredients; combine milk and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Add pork mixture and bread.

3Pour into sprayed 11 x 7 baking dish.

4Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until set and brown.
