- 1 (8 count) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage or ham
- 1 (8 count) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
- 1 pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese (1 c.)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Crumble and fry sausage or ham.

2Drain well on paper towels. Beat eggs in a small bowl and add milk.

3Blend.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Put crescent rolls in a 9 x 12-inch pan (use nonstick spray).

6Layer sausage over crescent rolls.

7Place hash browns over sausage.

8Put Cheddar and Velveeta cheese over hash browns.

9Pour egg mixture evenly over cheese.

10Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

11Cheese will be golden.

12Egg mixture will be cooked up. If it is runny, then longer.
