- 1 1/2 lb. sausage (cooked and drained)
- 1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes (cooked slightly)
- 6 to 8 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)
- 1 jar mushrooms
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, soup, cheese and mushrooms in a bowl. In cooking dish, layer sausage then hash browns. Pour liquids over the top Refrigerate 1 hour before cooking. Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
