  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Cook sausage

    Tear bread and cover the bottom of the dish/tray.

    Cover bread with shredded cheese.

    Add cooked sausage over top of cheese.

    (Optional) Saute onions, mushrooms and spinach.

    Add to the dish.

    Mix eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk

    Pour egg mixture over top of it.

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Cook for 45 minutes.
