  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread (cubes)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

    Beat eggs well.

    Add bread cubes, milk and salt.

    Add sausage and cheese last.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Let set a few minutes before cutting.
