Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 can milk

Directions

    Place cubed bread in bottom of baking dish. Top with cheese. Brown sausage and drain. Spread over top.

    Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard.

    Pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, dilute can of soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour over. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
