- 2 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 14 slices bread
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cook sausage; chop into small pieces.

2Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard.

3Take sides off bread and cube.

4Line bottom of casserole dish with bread.

5Then add sausage and cheese; pour egg mixture on top.

6Put in refrigerator overnight.

7Cook at 325° for 1 hour.
