  • 1 lb. sausage
  • frozen hash browns
  • 6 or 7 eggs
  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 pt. half and half or canned milk
  • 3/4 lb. melted Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Brown the sausage.

    Beat the eggs and combine with hash browns.

    Mix together melted butter, milk and cheese.

    Place all in a baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
