- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 pt. half and half or canned milk
- 3/4 lb. melted Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown the sausage.

2Beat the eggs and combine with hash browns.

3Mix together melted butter, milk and cheese.

4Place all in a baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
