  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread (bite size pieces)
  • 1 lb. mild sausage or bacon
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage or bacon, cool. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard. Beat again. Add cheese and sausage or bacon. Stir and put in 1 quart greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown around edges. Serves 6.
