- 8 to 10 slices bread
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Tear bread into chunks and put in a large bowl.

3Beat eggs and add can of soup.

4Mix in dry mustard, salt and pepper.

5Pour over bread.

6Mix well and pour into an 8 x 10-inch casserole dish.

7Top with sausage.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes.

10Make night before serving.
