- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. medium spicy sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute sausage; drain.

2Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread cubes, then sausage and then cheese.

3Dot with butter.

4Pour egg mixture over top.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
