- 16 slices bread (cut crusts off)
- 8 slices ham (1/8 to 1/4-inch thick)
- 8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 beaten eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 3 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Layer dish with 8 slices of bread.

3Cover with slices of ham and cheese.

4Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour over bread.

5Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

6When ready to cook, add melted butter to crushed corn flakes and spread over top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Good morning!
