  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. regular or hot sausage
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Cook sausage, breaking it into bits as you cook it.

    Drain and set aside.

    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.

    Layer bread in greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish; add sausage and cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over all ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and pop in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    This is an easy and great breakfast.
