- 8 slices white bread
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Grease a large casserole dish and set aside.

2Brown and drain sausage; refrigerate.

3Line casserole with bread cubes, cover with cheese.

4In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add 2 cups milk and the dry mustard.

5Mix well, then pour over the cheese and bread. Refrigerate overnight.
