- 16 slices crustless bread
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 8 to 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 7 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Layer 8 slices of bread in large casserole baking dish.

2Add 1/2 of sausage and 1/2 of cheese.

3Repeat layers.

4Mix eggs, dry mustard and milk.

5Pour over layers in casserole.

6Whirl crusts in blender, then mix with 1 stick of butter.

7Sprinkle on top of casserole.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
